Aspirin

Besides being used as a painkiller and cold remedy, aspirin can also make your clothes pearly white again. Just crush 6 aspirins and add them to a tub full of hot water, then put the stained clothes in and leave the aspirin to work its magic for half an hour. Wash your clothes as usual afterwards and they will look brand new again.

Vinegar and lemon

A mixture of lemon juice and vinegar will remove even the hardest stains from your clothes. Mix equal amounts of the liquids and add them to a rub of water, then rinse your clothes in the mixture to remove the stains. The mixture will also soften your clothes and give your laundry a nice fresh smell.
